Prior to setting up an on-premise promotion, HPI generally needs a one (1) week notice for scheduling the account representatives.  This of course only applies if you," The Client " have already booked the event and have a designated date, time and place.

Depending upon how you, " The Client " want to run the event also plays a key factor in booking the event.

Note that if you want the representative in a specific brand name outfit such as Budweiser and or Coors you must supply the material for them to wear. ( Unless of course it is a Budweiser or Coors event than we can accommodate ).  If there is material for them to market, hand out, sample and or model this must also be taken in too consideration. How will the material get there? Will you " The Client " be at the promotion?  Is everything going to run as planned?  As long as all of these questions are handled before the booking of the event everything will run according to plan.
